Enjoy modern comforts in our cozy retreat, featuring a smart TV for your entertainment. 🍁 Dining Table The dining room features a farmhouse table with benches and chairs to compliment the rustic farmhouse setting. 🍁 Bedrooms 🔸 Located on the main level is a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV, along with a full bath. 🔸 The upstairs master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a jacuzzi tub. 🔸 On the lower level, you will find a dedicated space for fun and games! The young-at-heart can compete on the mutlicade games, play board games or solve puzzles at the table, watch the large flat screen TV, or fight over who gets the top bunk. 🍁 Loft The upstairs loft adorns a charming sitting area with a sleeper sofa for the avid reader to steal away a peaceful moment with a book. 🍁 Curtains: All of the rooms have blinds. 🍁 Bathrooms: If you’re a large group on vacation together, having access to multiple bathrooms is important. The 3 full bathrooms spread throughout the cabin make it easy for guests on every level to unwind from a busy day. The bathrooms feature showers, expansive vanities with ample storage, and high-quality towels. 🔸 Primary Bathroom - Private Bath with Walk-In Shower 🔸 Full Bathroom 2 - There is a bathroom tucked away between the bedroom and loft. 🔸 Full Bathroom 3 - A full size bathroom is available for guests in the lower level. 🍁 Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone to rustle up a good, homecooked meal. New granite countertops, black appliances, and mountain décor sets the mood for even the novice chef. 🔥 Cozy Seasonal Fireplace Enjoy the warmth of our indoor fireplace during the cooler months (October–April). For safety and seasonal comfort, the fireplace is not operational outside this period. 🍁 Starter Pack: We provide a starter pack consisting of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, kitchen sponge. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash also provided. 🍁 HotTub: The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Minors (under 18) may use the hot tub ONLY under DIRECT adult supervision. Glass containers and alcohol are not allowed in the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. No bubble bath in the hot tub please. We ask that you please do not bring any pets in the tub! $500 additional cleaning fee will be added if there is pet hair in the tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! 🍁Deck Railing: Do not climb on, or lean over deck railings, serious injury could result. 🍁 Outdoor Space: All three levels of this cabin have its own deck to enjoy the outdoors. Each level has plenty of seating. The main level deck features a hot tub. The spacious lower level deck has plenty of space to play and relax. The Hidden Springs Resort, itself, includes a year-round community swimming pool. This charming cabin features a serene back porch, where you can unwind and soak in nature. 🍁 On the lower level, you will find a dedicated space for fun and games! The young-at-heart can compete on the mutlicade games, relax on the sleeper sofa, play board games or solve puzzles at the table, watch the large flat screen TV, or fight over who gets the top bunk. 🍁 Outdoor Grill: Explore nearby trails, then unwind with a meal cooked on the outdoor grill under the stars. Bring your own charcoal please. 🍁 Bear Safe Trash Containers Any trash that is removed from the cabin must be placed in the bear safe trash containers near the front entrance. Make sure the containers are properly secured. Do not leave coolers or any food item outside the cabin. 🍁 Laundry A full size washer and dryer are tucked away in the laundry room along with ample space to store laundry. The cabin has iron and there is iron board available near the Laundry station. 🍁 Pets Dog friendly retreat - We love our fur babies and encourage you to bring yours with you for a memorable vacation! Dogs only. No cats please. Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation prior to arrival. Undisclosed pets are a violation of house rules and may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation. Pet Fee: $55 per pet, per night (charged through Airbnb). Rules: • Maximum 2 dogs • Dogs must be crated when left unattended • No pets on furniture or beds please. • Guests are responsible for pet waste cleanup Violations & Extra Cleaning: Guests are responsible for extra cleaning or replacement costs caused by pet-related damage or contamination, including bedding, furniture, rugs, and upholstery. The home is professionally inspected after each stay. Any violations discovered during post-checkout inspection may result in additional charges. We will make every effort to accommodate SAs as per the ADA. 🍁 4WD/AWD is recommended if there are winter conditions. 🍁 There are exterior security cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. All essentials were included with complimentary shampoo/conditioner/soap in each shower. Access to washer and dryer was helpful. The vicinity to Pigeon Forge was excellent. Prior to our trip, there were forest fires requiring nearby evacuations. I contacted Vik to inquire and he promptly returned my calls and continued to keep me updated until our stay. Other Details to Note
The cabin has a heated indoor pool (part of the resort). There is wildlife in the area like ground hogs, raccoons, and occasional bears. You can see and hear critters. The heated indoor pool is run by the Home Owners Association (HOA) in the Resort. HOA has the right to close the pool for routine maintenance, or when any vandalism is reported in the pool. In case of vandalism, the pool is closed for repairs, reassessed by the Sheriff and then re-opened. Since, the HOA office is not open during the weekend, the homeowners are notified of pool closure (if any) only between Monday to Friday. As a Host, I inform my guests for any pool closures, as soon as I receive the information. There will be NO refund made to your reservation if the pool is closed due to situation outside of the control of the host. SOME NOTES ABOUT THE MOUNTAIN LIVING: - Cell service may be spotty. - Some roads in the general area may be twisty and winding. - You will likely see bugs, furry critters and wildlife (including bears!). We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters. - There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc. Pet-friendly (dogs only). $55 per pet, per night. Pets must be disclosed and added prior to arrival. No cats. No pets on furniture or beds. Extra cleaning charges apply for violations. - PLEASE NOTE: Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Mountains and these little bugs are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Weather-related road and facility closures may change throughout the day. Note: This is the mountains and WiFi and cell phone service can sometimes be spotty and lose service. If the internet does go out, try power cycling the router first. We highly recommend you download maps of the area offline prior to arriving.
